• Creating a content plan

The Digital Twin team solves economic and engineering problems using big data and unique mathematical models. We collect and process various datasets, run forecasting, analytical and optimization calculations, and help clients present results in a clear, visually compelling way.
We want to grow our team and be proud of the most innovative team on the analytics, forecasting and optimization market. If you enjoy math, physics, engineering and economics, we're ready to train you in R programming, building Telegram bots, dashboards, flexible analytical reports, big-data processing pipelines and modeling.

What you'll do:

• Collect and process poorly structured datasets using scripts
• Write efficient code in R/Python/C++/Java
• Automate data-quality testing
• Visualize data
• Help the team discover new approaches to problems in urban economics and infrastructure degradation
• Forecast time series, identify patterns, perform factor/spectral/variance analysis, build risk-management models, refine enterprise financial models using macro/microeconomic knowledge, and conduct EDA
• Write technical documentation
• Perform statistical and system analysis of various systems and samples, including classification and scoring
• Continuously develop your personal and professional skills

What's good to know and be able to do:

• A background in applied mathematics or physics
• Achievements in school or university physics/math olympiads

Job description
As Product Owner for our Digital Twin platform, you'll play a decisive role in growing and ensuring the success of our development services, software and SaaS platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define product requirements and prioritize work to deliver an outstanding user experience. This is a key role requiring strong product-management skills, excellent communication and a passion for creating value for our users.

Key responsibilities

Product strategy and vision:

• Work with the team and clients to define and communicate the product vision and development strategy for our services
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify user needs, market trends and the competitive landscape, and incorporate findings into product strategy

Product roadmap and planning:

• Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
• Work with development teams to break the roadmap down into actionable product backlogs, epics and user stories

User-centered approach:

• Conduct user research, gather feedback and analyze behavior to understand user needs, pain points and preferences around digital twins
• Translate user insights into product requirements and user stories to ensure a user-centered digital twin
• Backlog management:
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features and ensure alignment with business goals and user needs
• Collaborate with development teams to refine user stories, provide clarification and make timely scope and priority decisions

Cross-functional collaboration:

• Work closely with design, engineering and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and high-quality delivery
• Facilitate communication, remove blockers and provide guidance to the development team throughout the product development lifecycle

Product releases and iterations:

• Coordinate and manage product releases, ensuring timely delivery aligned with the roadmap
• Conduct user-acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve products based on user input and market intelligence

Product performance evaluation and metrics:

• Define key product metrics and monitor performance to assess the success and impact of our products
• Use data analysis and user feedback to identify optimization opportunities and inform future product iterations

Stakeholder management:

• Engage with stakeholders in compliance, legal and customer support to gather information, share product updates and ensure alignment
• Keep stakeholders informed about the roadmap, release plans and progress, ensuring transparency and managing expectations

Key qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, ideally in fintech or an enterprise industry
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional Agile teams
• Knowledge of investment or asset modeling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and influence stakeholders
• A data-driven mindset, with experience using data and analytics to inform product decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of security and regulatory-compliance requirements in fintech is a plus
• Languages: fluent English and Russian

Preferred qualifications:
Direct experience working with engineers on product improvements.
